Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
Defective Products
If the product is defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately with supporting evidence.
Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, report the issue within 24 hours of receipt.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, notify us promptly for an immediate resolution.
Return processing takes 10–14 working days from the date of receipt.
Important: To initiate any return, you must provide a clear unboxing video showcasing the issue. Requests without video evidence may not be accepted.
The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:
Size or colour change requests after order placement
Order cancellations once the order has been placed
Items returned without prior approval or unboxing video
Items reported after 30 days from dispatch date

Refunds are processed within 10–14 working days after return inspection.
